Bynd Clothing proudly offers worldwide shipping. Whether you're ordering from Lisbon, London, Los Angeles, or beyond, your dream dress can reach you through our trusted network of international couriers.
Our goal is to ensure your delivery arrives as quickly and securely as possible, no matter your location. This article outlines our shipping regions and how we determine the best delivery method for you.
How long does shipping take?
Your order is typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once it's ready and handed to the courier, the delivery window begins based on your shipping option and region.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express Shipping is available for most destinations and will appear as an option during checkout when applicable.
Express delivery reduces shipping times by an average of 2–4 business days, depending on the courier and country.
If Express is not shown for your address, it may not be available for that postal code or region at this time.
Why might shipping take longer?
There are a few reasons your delivery could be delayed:

What if my tracking link shows no updates?
Tracking may take up to 4 business days to reflect movement after the shipping label is created. This delay is common when:

- The package is in early transit to the central sorting facility

Shipping during peak periods

How do I use the tracking link?

How long until tracking updates?
You may need to wait up to 4 business days after your order is marked as shipped for the tracking page to show real-time movement.
This delay is often due to:
- Courier pick-up timing
- Package being in pre-transit or at a warehouse handover stage
- Carrier system syncing slowly during high-volume periods
This does not mean your package is lost, it's likely still in the early phase of transit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
At Bynd Clothing, we work hard to ensure that your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. To achieve this, all orders begin processing automatically within 10 hours of being placed. This means that once the 10-hour window has passed, your order is final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order, including size, style, and shipping information, before completing checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 10 hours of placing it.

Be sure to include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The word "CANCEL" in the subject line of your email
Cancellations are only possible during the 10-minute window. After that, the order is sent to our fulfillment team and can no longer be altered or stopped.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they are placed. This includes:
- Changing the shipping address
- Adjusting size, quantity, or color
- Swapping items
- Adding discount codes retroactively
If you ordered the wrong item or selected the wrong size, you'll need to wait for delivery and then request a return (subject to our Returns Policy).

Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes! Bynd Clothing garments are designed to run true to size, based on European sizing standards. We’ve worked closely with our pattern makers and fit models to ensure consistency across all dresses. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

At Bynd Clothing, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your dress doesn't fit quite right or you've had a change of heart, you may be eligible to return it provided the item meets our return conditions.

Return eligibility
You may return your item if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The return is initiated via email and approved by our team
Items must pass inspection to be approved for refund or credit.
Full-price vs. sale items
- Full-price items: Refunded to original payment method after approval
- Sale / discounted items: Issued as store credit or 50% refund
Store credit never expires and can be used on future purchases of any item.
What is not eligible for return?
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
- Items marked as final sale
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
If your item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy, it may be sent back to you without refund or credit.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
While Bynd Clothing does not offer direct exchanges in the traditional sense, we've made it easy to get the correct size by processing size adjustments through our return and repurchase flow. Depending on whether your item was purchased at full price or on sale, you'll either receive a refund or store credit, which you can then use to place a new order.
This approach ensures fast turnaround and guarantees that your desired size is available before it sells out.
Do you offer traditional exchanges?
No, we do not process automatic item-for-item exchanges.
Instead, we guide you through a simple return process, followed by:
- A refund to your original payment method (for full-price items), or
- A store credit (for sale items) that you can use to reorder in the correct size

I received a damaged product. What should I do?
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Bynd Clothing piece. However, on rare occasions, an item may arrive damaged due to handling during transit or a manufacturing fault. If this happens, we're here to make it right, quickly and hassle-free.
This article outlines how to report a damaged item, what qualifies as a valid claim, and how we resolve these issues.
What qualifies as "damaged"?
An item may be considered damaged if it arrives with:
- Torn fabric or stitching
- Loose or missing embellishments (beads, sequins, appliqué)
- Visible stains or marks
- Broken zippers, buttons, or closures
- Incorrect construction or misalignment
Normal creasing due to shipping or minor packaging pressure is not considered damage.
What should I do first?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take the following steps:
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Email: info@byndclothing.co
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the damage
- At least 3 clear photos showing:
- The full item
- A close-up of the damage
- The product tag and packaging
Do not wear or alter the item. Items must be returned in the condition received.
What happens next?
Once we receive your report, we will:
- Review your claim within 1–2 business days
- If approved, offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)
- A full refund
- A store credit if you prefer a future purchase
If the item is no longer available, we'll work with you to find the best alternative resolution.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept damage claims if:
- More than 72 hours have passed since delivery
- The item has been worn, altered, or cleaned
- The damage was caused after use (e.g. tears, stains from perfume, or improper care)
